SOLUTION ONLY FOR R134a REFRIGERANT
In this transitional period from old gas to new, TEXA decided not to overlook the sector of charging stations that work only with R134a, but which utilize all the advanced technologies of the 7 series.
From these requests, the 710R was born, aimed at satisfying the requirements of service stations that want to use a charging station only for R134a refrigerant, which is used in most circulating vehicles.
Despite KONFORT 710R being a basic model, TEXA provides a series of important functions that characterize the KONFORT 700 line and allow it to stand alongside other charging stations. It features automatic leak detection, refrigerant weighing control using electronic scales, automatic timed injection of oil and UV tracer dye, and high-efficiency refrigerant recovery (over 95%).
UNIQUE SERIAL SOLUTIONS
HYDRAULIC CIRCUIT CLEANING
To guarantee safety and efficiency, it is essential that different types of oil and refrigerant do not come into contact with each other. Therefore, TEXA has developed a special automatic function for cleaning the internal circuit of the unit.
AUTOMATIC LEAK CONTROL MANAGEMENT
The KONFORT 700 line charging stations automatically perform a double check for possible gas leaks from the cylinder at any time. All safety-related operations are carried out in a fully automatic manner, without the possibility of error or oversight on the part of the operator.
OPERATIONAL SOFTWARE
TEXA's operational software is created according to the most stringent accuracy standards.
Thanks to a large network of sensors, TEXA software manages the inspection and charging process to guarantee unprecedented accuracy. In particular, automatic procedures assist the mechanic in repairing very complex cases, such as for new hybrid vehicles.
With the removable memory card (SD card), available for all models, it is possible to communicate with a Windows PC, update the database of makes and models, check and certify all performed maintenance services, and update the software.
OPTION:
FLUSHING KIT:
Flushing is a mechanical operation that allows cleaning the entire piping of the vehicle's air conditioning system. This kit consists of:
an additional 6-liter cylinder with a contamination level indicator;
an easily removable and washable stainless steel filter;
high-conductivity hoses with an internal diameter of 5 millimeters;
a case containing a set of universal adapters (over 60 pieces).
THERMAL PRINTER:
The KONFORT 710R can be equipped with a practical and functional thermal printer. Thanks to this useful option, the mechanic can print a small service report as soon as all operational phases are completed, indicating the amount of refrigerant recovered, the type of oil injected into the system, and the final pressure after the leak detection phase carried out in the system.
