The new KONFORT 744 model was developed in cooperation with the consortium of car manufacturers and meets their strict requirements when servicing and charging air conditioning systems operating with the latest R744 (CO2) refrigerant.

These systems are designed to pollute the environment as little as possible and to minimize the possibility of ignition in the event of a gas leak, using components that differ from the basic systems operating with R134a and R1234yf refrigerants, because they must operate at high pressures and therefore require specialized solutions for system service and charging.

KONFORT 744 embodies innovative solutions and differs from other models of the KONFORT series,
because it was specifically designed and developed to work with new air conditioning systems using CO2 refrigerant.

Nevertheless, the simplicity of operations is fully similar to KONFORT stations operating with R134a and R1234yf refrigerants.

KONFORT 744 is fully automatic, so the entire service is performed without the need for an operator.
Absolute reliability, quality of components and design allows charging with exceptional accuracy with a maximum error of 10 grams (2 grams for oil).

Special attention was paid to the release of CO2 into the atmosphere, everything happens in a controlled manner in order to preserve the safety of the operator and the system. In addition,
KONFORT 744 has an accurate CO2 concentration meter in the air that stops the charging process when a dangerous level is reached.

Operational software TEXA operational software was created to meet the strictest standards in terms of accuracy and reliability. Thanks to a dense chain of sensors, TEXA software manages the verification and charging process, providing previously unknown accuracy. In particular, automatic procedures help the operator when working with very complex systems, such as those equipped on new hybrid vehicles. Thanks to support for removable memory (SD card), available for all models, it is possible to connect to a Windows PC, verify and certify all performed service operations and launch possible software updates.

Serial exclusive solutions Hermetic and refillable oil containers Standard containers, not being hermetic, always contain a certain percentage of air and water molecules mix with the oil, contaminating it. The TEXA solution consists of special patented bottles that prevent the oil from mixing with air and moisture. TEXA containers can be reused because a special device removes excess air each time a container is installed. Automatic leak check for CO2 The station automatically checks for leaks inside the vehicle system before charging. In addition to detecting possible leaks, you can launch a leak search function using Forming Gas, a gaseous mixture consisting of 95% nitrogen and 5% hydrogen. With an external analyzer you can very easily find the leak point. Thermal printer The charging station has a built-in thermal printer to print a report of all performed operations.
