THE PEAK OF THE KONFORT RANGE
KONFORT 780R BI-GAS represents the peak of the 700 series, the maximum available on the market.
With the same dimensions as other diagnostic and charging stations, two cylinders and two separate circuits for extraction, recirculation and charging are offered, making it possible to work with both refrigerants ("old" R134a and "new" R1234yf) simultaneously.
This model, having a higher price than other models in this line, is a long-term investment for service stations that plan to replace the charging station for the old R134a gas but want to add the ability to work with vehicles of the new approval, increasing economic advantages.
SAFETY AND ACCURACY AT THE SERVICE OF THE MECHANIC
The entire maintenance service is performed fully automatically with a system of hermetic oil containers, weight locking/unlocking and automatic refrigerant weight control.
In addition, it has a special device for cleaning the entire internal hydraulic piping of the diagnostic and charging station during refrigerant replacement.
With this charging station the operator can service vehicles with different air conditioning systems and different gases. The station automatically flushes the piping, which takes about a minute, to switch from one gas to another without problems.

EXCLUSIVE SERIAL SOLUTIONS HERMETIC AND REFILLABLE OIL CONTAINERS Standard containers, not being hermetic, always contain a certain percentage of air, and water molecules mix with the oil and contaminate it. The TEXA solution consists of special patented bottles that prevent the oil from mixing with air and moisture. TILT SENSOR SYSTEM FOR EXCELLENT WEIGHING
Scales for weighing extracted refrigerant are often inaccurate and the error can reach 20%. One of the reasons for this inaccuracy is the unevenness of the service station floor where the station is used. Even a slight tilt of the floor can lead to a weighing error and, consequently, to a defect or overcharging of refrigerant into the vehicle circuit. The special patented TEXA TILT SENSOR SYSTEM analyzes the horizontal position of the scales and warns in case of incorrect placement. FAN PROTECTION SYSTEM The new R1234yf refrigerant is classified as flammable, and therefore certain precautions must be taken to avoid ignition. Charging stations of the KONFORT 700 line have a highly efficient fan system to prevent any possibility of gas stagnation inside the station. AUTOMATIC LEAK CHECK CONTROL Charging stations of the KONFORT 700 line automatically double-check for possible gas leaks from the cylinder at any time. OPERATIONAL SOFTWARE TEXA operational software is created according to the strictest standards of accuracy. TEXA software, thanks to a large network of sensors, manages the verification and charging process to guarantee previously unknown accuracy. In particular, automatic procedures help the mechanic when repairing very complex cases, for example for new hybrid vehicles. Thanks to a removable memory card (SD card) available for all models, you can communicate with a Windows PC, update the database by brands and models, verify and certify all performed service operations and update the software. |
