Description

TEXA has developed the KONFORT 705R OFF ROAD, a refrigerant R134a air-conditioning system recharging unit, based on the 705R model, dedicated to mechanics working in harsh conditions.
Equipped with two wheels of increased diameter, filled with special foam that protects against punctures. A rugged metal beam has replaced the front wheels, increasing the stability of the unit.
Another modification was made for outdoor work: locking the scales to avoid any calibration problems caused by impacts when moving the unit over an uneven surface.
UNIQUE SERIAL SOLUTIONS
HYDRAULIC LINE CLEANING
To ensure safety and efficiency, different types of oil and refrigerant must not come into contact with each other. Therefore, TEXA has developed a special automatic function for cleaning the internal circuit of the unit.
AUTOMATIC LEAK CHECK CONTROL
The charging units of the KONFORT 700 line automatically perform a double check of possible gas leaks from the cylinder at any time. All operations related to safety take place in a fully automatic way, with no possibility of error or forgetfulness on the part of the operator.
OPERATIONAL SOFTWARE
The TEXA operational software has been created according to the most stringent standards for accuracy.
Thanks to a large network of sensors, the TEXA software controls the testing and loading process to guarantee previously unknown accuracy. In particular, the automatic procedures help the mechanic in the repair of very complex cases, for example for new hybrid vehicles.
With a removable memory card (SD card) available on all models, you can communicate with a Windows PC, update the database by brand and model, verify and certify all the services performed, and update the software.
THERMAL PRINTER
The KONFORT 705R OFF ROAD can be equipped with a practical and functional thermal printer. Thanks to this useful option, the mechanic can print a small service report as soon as all operational phases are finished, showing the amount of refrigerant drawn off, the type of oil injected into the system and the final pressure after the leak search phase carried out in the system.
