Duct system for removing exhaust gases 21 m with 2 carriages and a fan for trucks

• Duct exhaust-gas extractor 21 m with an exhaust fan and two movable carriages for removing exhaust gases of trucks.

Extractor models with 2 carriages:

• An aluminum duct 21 m long (as well as from 12 to 30 m) can be equipped with 2 (or 3 - as an option) movable carriages with hoses for exhaust gases.
• A single 21 m duct with 2 carriages can serve 3-4 work bays.
• For extractors with 2 movable carriages, 7 models are offered with duct lengths of respectively: 12 - 15 - 18 - 21 - 24 - 27 and 30 m

Equipment and mounting

• The extractor is equipped with a high-temperature Eurogas hose with high maximum temperature resistance up to 200 C° (and a rubber BGPG nozzle)
• For hose suspension, the extractor kit includes a cable with a carbine clip that attaches to the movable carriage and a clamp with a ring and carbine clip that supports the hose.
• The exhaust system can be attached to the building’s ceiling beams or on hangers.
• Duct mounting is quite simple, but must be coordinated with the overall structure of the building; the customer usually resolves these issues when preparing the room for equipment installation. (If necessary, we provide outline drawings).
