Duct system for removing exhaust gases 12 m (15 m) with 2 movable carriages and a fan for passenger cars and motorcycles

Duct exhaust-gas extractor 12 m with an exhaust fan and two movable carriages.
This is the most popular and in-demand exhaust-gas removal system at service stations for servicing passenger cars and motorcycles.

Extractor models with 2 carriages:

An aluminum duct 12 m long (as well as from 6 to 21 m) can be equipped with 2 (or 3 - as an option) movable carriages with hoses for exhaust gases.
A single 12 m duct with 2 carriages can serve 3-4 work bays.
For extractors with 2 movable carriages, 6 models are offered with duct lengths of respectively: 6 - 9 - 12 - 15 - 18 and 21 m

Equipment and mounting

The extractor is equipped with a high-temperature Eurogas hose with high maximum temperature resistance up to 200 C° (and a rubber BGT nozzle)
For neat suspension of the hose, the extractor kit includes a cable with a carbine clip that attaches to the movable carriage and a clamp with a ring and carbine clip that supports the hose.
The exhaust system can be attached to the building’s ceiling beams or on hangers.
Duct mounting is quite simple, but must be coordinated with the overall structure of the building; the customer usually resolves these issues when preparing the room for equipment installation. (If necessary, we provide outline drawings).

Useful options for the extractor:

BL-A - Spring balancer for hose suspension. This is a very convenient and universal suspension option.
CSETK-75/7-BASE - Additional movable carriage for the Ecosys A duct extractor.

A useful option if you need to have more carriages and serve more work bays at the same time than provided by the basic configuration. (However, do not forget about the fan capacity).
