Channel exhaust hood for exhaust gases with an exhaust fan and one movable trolley.

This is the most popular and versatile design for organizing an exhaust extraction system at a service station for maintaining passenger cars and motorcycles.
Extraction hood models:

An aluminum channel 6 to 21 m long can be equipped with 1 or 2 movable trolleys with exhaust gas hoses.

One channel with 1 trolley can serve 2-3 posts — since the load factor for extraction from 1 post realistically does not exceed 0.4 (i.e. cars at service posts do not run simultaneously).

For extraction hoods with 1 movable trolley, 6 models are offered with channel lengths respectively: 6 - 9 - 12 - 18 and 21 m
Equipment and mounting

The extraction hood is equipped with a high-temperature Eurogas hose with maximum temperature resistance up to 180 C° (and a BGT rubber tip)

For neat suspension of the hose, the kit includes a cable with a carabiner that attaches to the movable trolley, and a clamp with a ring and carabiner that supports the hose.

The extraction system can be mounted to a wall or to the ceiling beams of the building.

Mounting of the channel is quite simple and the customer resolves these issues when preparing the room for equipment installation. (If necessary, we provide sketch drawings).
Useful options for the extraction hood:

BL-A - Spring balancer for hose suspension. This is a more convenient and universal suspension option.

CSETK-75/7-BASE - Additional movable trolley for the Ecosys A channel extraction hood.

A useful option if you need more trolleys and to service more posts simultaneously than provided by the basic configuration. (However, do not forget about the fan performance).
