Ducted system for removing exhaust gases 18 m with 2 trolleys and fan for commercial vehicles

• Ducted exhaust gas extraction 18 m with an exhaust fan and two movable trolleys for removing exhaust gases of powerful passenger and commercial vehicles.

Extraction models with 2 trolleys:

• A 12 m aluminum duct (also from 6 to 21 m) can be equipped with 2 (or 3 - as an option) movable trolleys with hoses for exhaust gases.
• One 18 m duct with 2 trolleys can serve 3-4 posts.
• For extractions with 2 movable trolleys, 6 models are offered with duct lengths of respectively: 6 - 9 - 12 - 15 - 18  and 21 m

Equipment and mounting

• The extraction is equipped with a high-temperature Eurogas hose with high maximum temperature resistance up to 200 C° (and a BGT rubber tip)
• For suspending the hose, the extraction set includes a cable with a carbine clip that attaches to the movable trolley, and a clamp with a ring and carbine clip that supports the hose.
• The extraction system can be mounted to the ceiling beams of the building or on hangers.
• Mounting of the duct is quite simple, but must be tied to the overall structure of the building — the customer usually resolves these issues when preparing the premises for equipment installation. (If necessary, we provide sketch drawings).
