Duct system for removing exhaust gases 12 m (15 m) with 1 movable carriage and a fan for commercial vehicles

• A duct exhaust-gas extractor with an exhaust fan and a single movable carriage for servicing powerful passenger and commercial vehicles.

Extractor models:

• An aluminum duct from 6 to 21 m long can be equipped with 1 or 2 movable carriages with hoses for exhaust gases.
• A single duct with 1 carriage can serve 2-3 work bays - since the load factor for extraction from one bay does not actually exceed 0,4
• For extractors with 1 movable carriage, 6 models are offered with duct lengths of respectively: 6 - 9 - 12 -15- 18  and 21 m

Equipment and mounting

• The extractor is equipped with a high-temperature Eurogas hose with high maximum temperature resistance up to 180 C° (and a rubber BGT nozzle)
• For hose suspension, the kit includes a cable with a carbine clip that attaches to the movable carriage and a clamp with a ring and carbine clip that supports the hose.
• The exhaust system can be attached to a wall or to the building’s ceiling beams.
• Duct mounting is quite simple and the customer resolves these issues when preparing the room for equipment installation. (If necessary, we provide outline drawings).
