INJ3000 — multifunctional stand for servicing the fuel systems of gasoline and diesel engines. The stand allows the following types of work, depending on the fluids used, without dismantling key components of the systems:
The combined INJ3000 unit is equipped with a timer. It consists of three different and independent circuits:
The "Diesel injection" circuit consists of a three-liter container for the solution, a 12 V membrane electric pump, a pressure regulator, a feed hose and a "return" hose. The circuit fully simulates the fuel feed circuit on a vehicle. It can be used on both diesel and gasoline internal combustion engines. The pressure in the fuel line is set by the regulator on the stand panel.
The "Gasoline injection" circuit is designed to supply aggressive fluids without the use of pressurizing pumps. Pressure is generated from an external pneumatic line and regulated by a pneumatic reducer. The fluid from the container (0.5 l) is fed into the fuel line through a transparent hose (2.5 m) via a set of universal adapters.
The "Intake tract" circuit is an aerosol pneumatic generator powered by an external pneumatic line. A needle valve allows precise regulation of the amount of fluid in the aerosol mixture. The stainless steel container (0.5 l) allows the use of aggressive fluids.
