Description

GRUNBAUM INJ6000N GDI

The stand is designed for testing, flushing and ultrasonic cleaning of petrol car injectors of SPI, MPI, GDI and FSI fuel injection systems.

Functional capabilities:
- testing injectors for static and dynamic performance;
- testing injector tightness for hydraulic density;
- testing spray cone shape with AIR function;
- testing injectors for pneumatic tightness (INJ6100 AIRTEST option);
- cleaning injectors from resin deposits using EXTRA FLUSHING technology;
- cleaning injectors from carbon solid deposits in an ultrasonic bath.
Additional advantages of the unit:
- support for all MPI, GDI, FSI injector types;
- test pressure up to 10 Bar;
