• The product is designed for removing preservation greases, cutting fluids, operational contaminants of petroleum, fatty, oily, soil origin, dust, soot from metal and other alkali-resistant surfaces by various cleaning methods: manually or using special washing machines and devices.
• It can replace kerosene, gasoline and other solvents when cleaning parts from hard-to-remove contaminants.

Recommendations for use:

• For cleaning various surfaces, it is recommended to use a 3—20% aqueous solution of the product.
• Depending on the degree of contamination, dilute the product with water in a ratio of 30—200 ml per 1 l of solution.
• Apply evenly to the surface of the unit, part or pre-heated engine with a brush, by spraying, using high-pressure equipment, or a foam generator. Leave the solution for 1—5 minutes.
• If necessary, rub the treated surface with a brush, waste cloth, and then rinse with water. Using high-pressure equipment will improve the cleaning quality.
• When cleaning parts in parts-washing machines by soaking or immersion, use a 2—10% aqueous solution.
• Note: the optimal concentrations of the working solution and washing parameters (temperature and time) are selected in each specific case depending on the degree and nature of contamination, the type of equipment and washing conditions.

Properties

• Concentrated liquid product of an alkaline nature. Water-soluble, biodegradable, explosion- and fire-proof.
• The product has a high cleaning and degreasing effect. It removes oily contaminants well. For many types of contaminants and greases it is effective in cold and warm (up to 80°C) water. Working solutions can be used repeatedly. At the recommended concentrations it has no negative effect on the treated surfaces, does not destroy paint-and-lacquer coatings, and does not cause corrosion of metals. It can be used for cleaning surfaces made of non-ferrous metals and alloys.
• Chemically stable in water and in air, does not decompose with the release of harmful substances, is non-toxic. It freezes; after defrosting, a slight precipitate may form, and the washing ability is preserved.

• An optimized mixture of surfactants, active washing additives, corrosion inhibitors.
• Appearance:
• A transparent slightly colored liquid (color change is possible during storage). Slight opalescence and a slight precipitate are acceptable.
• Density:

• 11,0 ± 0,20 (1% solution in distilled water).

• use rubber gloves, work clothes;

• When working with the concentrate:
• use rubber gloves, goggles and work clothes;
• if it gets on the skin or on the mucous membrane of the eyes — rinse generously with water and consult a doctor;
• do not mix with acidic washing products.
