Engine parts washer AM700 ECO

• It is a washing chamber with a closed circuit.
• The parts washer is designed for cleaning machine components, engines, industrial machines, and other equipment from coolants, oil-grease, and mechanical contaminants.
• The temperature and duration of the processing cycle are set on the control panel.
• Basket rotation ensures the necessary positioning of parts in front of the collectors.
• The U-shaped design of the ramps allows washing items from above, below, and from the side for a specified time.
• AM series automatic washing units are designed for use with weakly alkaline solutions.
• Ordinary tap water is used to fill the tank.
• The line is equipped with two types of basket movement drive – jet and electromechanical.
• When using an electromechanical drive, the basket with parts rotates evenly at a frequency of 5-10 rpm.
• This ensures high cleaning quality due to the uniform supply of the washing solution over the entire surface of the parts.
• The electromechanical drive is the most effective solution.
• The jet drive imposes a number of restrictions on machine operation, such as uniform distribution of items by weight in the basket, sufficient surface area of parts, and observance of the tilt angle.
