Simaklin for manual cleaning of parts

• Designed for removing and degreasing industrial contaminants (coolant, solid and liquid lubricant residues, contaminants arising during product operation) from metal surfaces (aluminum, copper, cast iron, etc.). This product will remove light soot and coke from the part surface.
• Recommended for use before applying paint coatings. Does not damage lacquer and paint.

Purpose:

• Designed for splitting, emulsifying and removing most preservative and bearing greases, all types of oils from metal surfaces (aluminum, cast iron, etc.). Does not damage lacquer and paint.

Scope of application:

• manual cleaning of parts;
• immersion method in wash tanks;
• processing in ultrasonic tanks.

Method of use:

• Dilute with water of any hardness and temperature from 20 degrees Celsius.
• Working concentration 1:5 (1 liter of product per 5 liters of water).
• The concentration can be increased up to 1:1 depending on the degree of contamination of the parts. 
• Cleaning in wash tanks is carried out at a temperature of 20-80 degrees, the concentration of the working solution is 10%.
• The given temperature regimes and concentrations of working solutions are of a recommendatory nature and may change depending on the degree of contamination and technical characteristics of the equipment.
• Example of preparing a 10% working solution: for 10 l of water - 1 l of product.
• Prepare the working solution immediately before starting work. 

Precautions:

• Use rubber gloves;
• In case of contact with skin or mucous membrane of eyes, rinse generously with water and consult a doctor;
• Do not mix with other detergents.

Composition:

• Prepared water, "alkaline agents >5<15%, nonionic surfactants >5<15%, EDTA >5<15%, corrosion inhibitor.
