• It is a closed body with an inspection window, working area lighting and a pedal-controlled solution supply system.
• Manual cleaning of products allows maximum-quality processing of surfaces with complex geometry and blind holes.
• Pedal control simplifies the operator's work and significantly saves energy, since the pump is used only when needed.
• The automatic washing unit of the RM series is designed for use with weakly alkaline solutions.
• The solution is heated by tubular electric heating elements made of stainless steel.
• The temperature and duration of the cleaning cycle are set on the control panel.
• The solution is fed to the part through a special gun at a pressure of 9 bar.
• Before returning to the tank, the solution passes through a coarse filter, which protects the pump from further failure.
• To blow parts from residual solution and water, a compressed-air gun connected to a compressor is used.
• At the customer's request, the machine can be equipped with a weekly timer, a disc oil separator and stainless steel pipelines, fine filtration systems with an autonomous pump and a bag filter, and a body and tanks made of AISI 430 stainless steel.
