RAASM pneumatic pumps are used to efficiently solve various tasks of pumping liquids of various viscosities: oils, lubricants and others. The devices are driven by compressed air and equipped with durable and long-lasting parts, so they can be used intensively for a long time.
A wide range of RAASM pneumatic pumps will find application in automotive, industrial, agricultural, marine and other fields. Pneumatic pumps differ in performance and compression ratio; in order to correctly select a pump and ensure its maximum efficiency, the following data must be taken into account:
-type of fluid supplied, its density and temperature;
-distance between the pump and the delivery point;
-number of delivery points and the volume of fluid supplied to each pump;
-horizontal distance between the pump and the delivery points connected to it;
-vertical distance between the pump and the delivery points connected to it;
-horizontal and vertical distance from the pump to the fluid suction point.
RAASM 35163 pneumatic pump, series 600, with a 3:1 ratio, capacity 14 l/min, suitable for installation on a tank. The pump is used for pumping medium and high viscosity liquids such as engine oil, transmission oil, diesel fuel and others (maximum density - SAE 130) over medium and long distances. The working pressure can vary in the range of 6-8 bar. The pump body is made of an aluminum alloy, and the suction pipe is made of carbon steel. Particular strength and durability are ensured by the minimum number of wearing parts in the pump design. The kit includes a ring for mounting the pump on a tank. NBR gaskets are used.
