RAASM pneumatic pumps are used to efficiently solve various tasks of pumping liquids of various viscosities: oils, greases and others. The devices are powered by compressed air and equipped with strong and durable parts, so they can be used intensively for a long time.
The wide range of RAASM pneumatic pumps will find application in automotive, industrial, agricultural, marine and other fields. Pneumatic pumps differ in capacity and compression ratio; to correctly select a pump and ensure its maximum efficiency, the following data must be taken into account:
-the type of supplied liquid, its density and temperature;
-the distance between the pump and the delivery point;
-the number of delivery points and the volume of liquid supplied to each pump;
-the horizontal distance between the pump and its connected delivery points;
-the vertical distance between the pump and its connected delivery points;
-the horizontal and vertical distance from the pump to the liquid suction point
The pneumatic pump 33070 RAASM, series 600, with a ratio of 1:1 and a capacity of 23 l/m, is suitable for wall mounting. The pump is used for pumping low-viscosity liquids such as motor oil, transmission oil, antifreeze and others (maximum density — SAE 80), mainly over short and medium distances. The working pressure can vary in the range of 6-8 bar. The pump body is made of aluminum alloy, and the suction pipe is made of carbon steel. Special strength and durability are ensured by the minimum number of wearing parts in the pump design. Viton gaskets are used.
