RAASM air-operated pumps are used for the effective solution of various tasks for pumping liquids of different viscosities: oils, lubricants, and others. The devices are driven by compressed air and are equipped with durable and long-lasting parts, so they can be used intensively for a long time.
A wide range of RAASM pneumatic pumps will find application in the automotive, industrial, agricultural, marine, and other fields. Pneumatic pumps differ in performance and compression ratio; to correctly select a pump and ensure its maximum efficiency, the following data must be considered:
-type of liquid supplied, its density and temperature;
-distance between the pump and the delivery point;
-number of delivery points and the volume of liquid supplied to each pump;
-horizontal distance between the pump and the connected delivery points;
-vertical distance between the pump and the connected delivery points;
-horizontal and vertical distance from the pump to the liquid suction point.
The 33083 RAASM pneumatic pump, 600 series, with a ratio of 1:1, and a flow rate of 23 l/min, is suitable for installation on barrels with a capacity of 180-220 kg. The pump is used for pumping low and medium viscosity liquids, such as engine oil, transmission oil, diesel fuel, and others (maximum density – SAE 80), primarily over short and medium distances. The operating pressure can vary in the range of 4-8 bar. The pump body is made of aluminum alloy, and the suction pipe is made of carbon steel. Special strength and durability are ensured by the minimum number of wear parts in the pump design. The kit includes a ring for mounting the pump on the barrel. NBR gaskets are used.
