Portal-type washing machine АМ 1500 BS

The industrial washing machine with a roll-in platform AM1500 BC is used for cleaning large-sized units with high weight.

• The unit is equipped with manifolds moving around a fixed part, allowing cleaning of the largest and heaviest assemblies due to increased lifting capacity.
• In the BC series, the washed space is a cylinder whose diameter and height depend on the specific model.
• Rotation of the washing ramps with nozzles is performed via a direct drive, without chain drives, which ensures high reliability of the moving units.
• The cleaning cycle time and the required solution temperature are set on the control panel.
• With a monochrome or touch panel, the operator can save up to 100 preset programs for different types of parts.
• In the basic configuration, the washing machine performs only the washing function, that is, it is single-stage.
• According to the customer's technical specification, the model line can be equipped with additional processing modes: rinsing, passivation, phosphating, hot-air drying.
