Purpose:

• The product is intended for degreasing metal surfaces in preparation processes before applying protective coatings, including paint and varnish.
• Removes industrial oils, cutting fluids, light preservation greases, operational contaminants, mechanical particles, dust.
• Cleaning is carried out by various methods:
• immersion of products in a washing bath, including with mechanical action by brushes, jet cleaning, circulation, in parts washers of various types (jet, drum, conveyor), in ultrasonic baths. 

Area of application:

• The product is used in metalworking and machine-building enterprises, heat power engineering, transport (automotive, aviation, railway, subway, sea, river), in repair bases, at utility facilities in the following technological processes:
• inter-operational cleaning of parts and surfaces;
• surface preparation for galvanic and chemical coatings;
• degreasing before painting, including powder coating;
• preliminary and final cleaning of finished products.

Recommendations for use:

• Jet cleaning in parts washers:
• Working solution concentration — 5—10% (0.5—1.0 L per 10 L of water), cleaning temperature — 20—40°C, processing time — 2—5 min.
• After treatment in an alkaline solution, rinse the product with warm water, then dry the surface with compressed air, or a rag.
• Degreasing in washing baths with mechanical action:
• Solution concentration — 5—10%, cleaning temperature — 20—50°C.
• After treatment in an alkaline solution, rinse the product with warm water, then dry the surface with compressed air, or a rag.
• Cleaning in ultrasonic baths:
• Solution concentration — 5—10%, cleaning temperature 20—30°C, processing time — 1—5 minutes.
• After treatment in an alkaline solution, rinse the product with warm water, then dry the surface with compressed air, or a rag.

Note:

• Optimal working solution concentrations and washing parameters (temperature and time) are selected in each specific case depending on the degree and nature of contamination, equipment type, and washing conditions.

Properties:

• Alkaline concentrated low-foaming water-based agent, does not contain solvents.
• Biodegradable, explosion-proof and fire-safe. Has good degreasing properties.
• Works effectively in water of any hardness and temperature.
• Used repeatedly with working solution adjustment.
• Does not cause corrosion or etching of metals, does not destroy rubber and non-metallic surfaces.
• Chemically stable in water and air, does not decompose with the release of harmful substances.
• Non-toxic, does not cause irritating effects on skin and respiratory tract.
• Freezes, after thawing, sediment may form, all properties are retained.

Technical specifications:

Composition

• Optimized mixture of surfactants, complexing agents, corrosion inhibitors, washing additives, defoamers.
• Appearance Transparent slightly colored homogeneous liquid (color may change during storage) with a specific odor.
• Density 1.07 ± 0.02 g/cm³ at t = 20°C.
• pH value 11.20 ± 0.20 (1% solution in distilled water).

Control methods:

• Methods for controlling physico-chemical parameters, preparation, control and adjustment of working solutions are provided upon request.

Precautions:

• When working with working solutions: use rubber gloves, protective clothing; observe precautions adopted when working with chemical substances.
• When working with concentrate: use rubber gloves, goggles and protective clothing; if it gets into the mucous membrane of the eyes — rinse thoroughly with water and consult a doctor.

Storage conditions and warranty period:

• Store in a dark cool place at a temperature from +1 to +20°C.
• Store in a tightly closed container, in places inaccessible to children.
• Avoid prolonged storage at negative temperatures and overheating.
• Warranty storage period — 12 months from the date of manufacture.
