ADAS calibration system | for standard physical targets | without monitor and PC
Solutions for diagnosing and calibrating driver assistance systems
Enhanced practicality: ADAS technology integrates with wheel alignment stand technology, creating a single workstation.
Absolute precision: The ADAS system uses the most advanced manufacturing technologies and best components.
Complete safety: The static and dynamic calibration operations processed by the ADAS system ensure safety for the driver and the technician performing diagnostics and calibrations.
ADAS systems (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), designed to ensure driver safety and comfort, are becoming increasingly popular in latest-generation vehicles. Cameras, radars, lidars, and sensors must be calibrated when replaced, as well as when related work needs to be performed, such as: replacement of windshields and bumpers, suspension repairs, wheel alignment, tire replacement, engine control unit replacement, etc.
ADAS and the wheel alignment stand – this is an alliance that elevates the efficiency of wheel diagnostics to the highest level. Thanks to a technological agreement with TEXA, the driver assistance system calibration system is provided on all VSG Group wheel alignment stands with a PC. Integration is carried out using the OBD communication module (NANO) with special TEXA software, allowing the vehicle to exchange data with the panel directly on the wheel alignment stand's computer.
Software integration for a full range of functions. Thanks to software integration, the calibration and wheel alignment functions of driver assistance systems are performed on a single PC. This shared use of functions allows you, firstly, to align the vehicle, secondly, to align the driver assistance systems panel, and finally, to perform a high-quality, step-by-step full calibration of the driver assistance systems.
Centering of the ADAS panel is carried out using wheel clamps and the measuring heads of the wheel alignment stand. The lightness of the measuring heads and the absence of connecting cables between the front and rear ensure maximum practicality of use and accuracy in measuring vehicle angles.
Updates for the integration of driver assistance systems are possible for models manufactured starting from 2020. For earlier models, compatibility must be checked by contacting the VSG Sales Department or the VSG After-Sales Service Department.
Using physical panels instead of a monitor allows the use of serial panels and additional devices designed for calibration. Ideal for workshops specializing in specific brands and not covering the entire range of car brands.
Optimization of workspaces – A compact solution with the panel installed directly on the structure helps prevent damage and a decrease in the panel's operating parameters over time.
Height adjustment – A height-adjustable support with an integrated electric drive.
Lateral movement – The structure can be easily tilted sideways and forwards. A handwheel and laser level also allow for millimeter-scale lateral displacements.
Front tilt – A laser level installed above the structure facilitates recognition of the vehicle's center when aimed at the front emblem.
Side tilt – A hose for horizontal adjustment, equipped with two rangefinders and a movable reflective plate, which is equipped with a central laser for aiming the front radar.
