Four-post hydraulic car lifts are designed for vertical movement of vehicles. Such equipment is used in dealer car centers, underground garages, car manufacturing plants, car service stations, and multi-level parking lots.

The main advantages of four-post designs are wide possibilities for manufacturing equipment with high lifting capacity. We can produce a car lift with a height of up to 20 m and a lifting capacity of up to 30 tons.

Main elements of four-post hydraulic car lifts:

• Load platform for vehicle placement. Can be equipped with a railing or canopy. The rubber coating of the metal platform serves to improve grip with car tires. The platform is equipped with presence sensors that activate if the vehicle is incorrectly positioned on it and prevent the lift from moving.
• Supports for installing the car lift.
• Hydraulic cylinders that convert the hydraulic energy of the oil flow into mechanical energy, thereby ensuring the platform's lift.
• Hydraulic station to ensure the lift's operability. It consists of an oil tank, a pump for injecting oil into the hydraulic cylinders, and an electric motor for the pump's operation. The station is controlled via a console (wired or remote) or a smartphone application.
