Description

• BETA series spray booths are characterized by an optimal price-quality ratio. This explains their great popularity. The price is low, which allows clients in the middle segment to use them intensively. The operational characteristics are high enough to produce high-quality painting of the entire car or its individual elements.

​Booth construction

Plasticized wall panels, insulated with mineral wool. Consist of two galvanized sheets, each 1 mm thick, covered with plastic on the outside, with a special anti-glare coating. All panels are manufactured using robotic welding and pressing technologies.

• Fine filters located on the booth ceiling (along its entire length).
• Lighting: upper inclined – 12 luminaires (3 lamps per luminaire).
• Three-leaf entrance gates with windows and a wicket door: width 2.84 m, height 2.47 m.
• Service door (option).
• Spray gun holder.
• Corner shelf

The paint booth consists of:

• Baltur/Rielo diesel burner.
• Stainless steel heat exchanger 255 kW.
• Supply fan with electric motor 7.5 kW.
• Pre-filters for air purification.
• Automatic recirculation damper, controlled from the control panel.
• Drying timer and operating time counter.

Exhaust system:

• Exhaust fan with electric motor 7.5 kW.
• Final air purification filters (prevent paint build-up on fan blades and vibration).

Booth base:

• Installation on a concrete base (3 strips of grates, 18 pcs.).
• Wheel track load 470 kg.
• The base option has hot-dip galvanizing.
