The electro-hydraulic 2-post lifts of the SPO55 series are characterized by an outstanding pick-up area and are particularly suited for service workstations for minibuses.
Maximum safety with the Rotary 3PSS concept
Pick-up range from passenger cars to minibuses
The convenient design of the support arm provides symmetric and asymmetric pick-up of vehicles without repositioning.
The optional AE250 support arm extension also allows long minibuses to be picked up at the manufacturer-recommended points.
3PSS concept (3 Phase Security System), including:
Mechanical safety latches are built in on both sides and activate automatically
Load-free synchronization pulleys protect the load during lifting and lowering
The hydraulic system is protected by a check valve with maintenance-free high-pressure cylinders on both posts
Maximum through-passage width with minimum external dimensions, as well as a design without a load-bearing frame, guarantee problem-free access to the lifting platform.
The double S-shaped profile of the lifting posts provides maximum stability with minimum space requirements. The contact area of the lifting carriages moving along the lifting posts has also been significantly increased.
The turntable platforms are removable and can be extended or replaced with stable and economical attachments.
Advantage in ergonomics and economy: standard 2nd control panel in VAS 771017. One control unit is equipped for 220 V connection (via a 16-amp fuse for electrical hand tools), and the second – with compressed air preparation.
The upper protective cut-off effectively prevents damage to vehicles with a large overall height during lifting.
The electro-hydraulic design with only one unit ensures energy saving in operation with short lifting and lowering times.
The block with flange mounting to the upper part of the lifting post is protected from external influences and provides high freedom of movement.
Rotary hydraulic stands for maximum service freedom at minimum operating costs
The support arms lock automatically during lifting. After the platform is fully lowered, the locking device is released automatically. In particular, the precise rack and manual release function increase ease of operation.
