Description
Electro-hydraulic 4-post lift for wheel alignment, 6500 kg capacity, for commercial vehicles including repair and servicing of the new Volkswagen Crafter NF model.
The versatility of the group of electro-hydraulic lifts is due to the possibility of quickly adjusting the working width with movable platforms.
Intended for carrying out mechanical work on inspection and adjustment of the vehicle suspension, they have a flange along the inner edge of each platform for free movement of the traverse for lifting the axles.
MAIN CHARACTERISTICS:
• Four-post electro-hydraulic lifts are intended for carrying out mechanical work as well as for testing and adjusting the vehicle suspension
• Installed on a level floor without the need to perform a foundation job in the form of recesses
• Thanks to the extended design of the entry ramps, and accordingly a smaller tilt angle, they allow quick and convenient entry of vehicles with low clearance or an additional spoiler
• The hydraulic cylinder is located inside the fixed platform and is reliably protected
• High-strength, galvanized cables with pre-tensioning
• Large-diameter pulleys with self-lubricating and maintenance-free bearings
• The movable platform allows adjustment of the working width of the lift
• Automatic locking of pneumatic stoppers allows the platforms to be fixed without loading the cables
• Safety devices for monitoring cable sag and rupture
• Warning sound signal in the final stage of lowering — "Foot protection" signal
• Protection against vehicle rolling thanks to protective posts at the start of the platforms
• Safety device against damage to the hydraulic system.
• Low voltage (24 V) in the control unit circuit
• Reliability and durability in operation
• Possibility of integration into a brake tester (diagnostic line) for active acceptance or technical inspection
