Electromechanical 4-post lift with flat platforms, lifting capacity 20000 kg.
Four-post electromechanical lifts are designed for carrying out benchwork as well as for testing and adjusting the suspension of trucks and buses 
 

MAIN ADVANTAGES

•    Installed on a flat floor without the need for recessed foundation work  
•    Thanks to the extended design of the entry ramps, and consequently a smaller incline angle, they allow quick and convenient entry of vehicles  
•    The lift motors are mechanically connected to each other by means of a transmission shaft and bevel reducer blocks with a friction drive, which are oil-filled to ensure an ideal level of the platforms and balanced load on the motors, regardless of the vehicle position. 
•    Each column is equipped with a pump to provide continuous automatic lubrication for the main and safety nuts. 
•    The movable platform allows adjusting the working width of the lift from 980—1200mm   

The SQ40NE 4-post lift for freight transport has two screws per column.
Electric motors with thermal protection in case of overload or loss of one phase. 
Automatic lubrication of screws and nuts is provided by a plunger pump in each column, operating during lifting, which ensures a long service life and smooth operation. 
Mechanical lifting limiters are installed on each column. 
Limiters for the extreme upper and lower positions are provided. 
Absence of stretching elements: the electric motors are connected to each other by cardan shafts through oil-filled bevel reducers, ensuring ideal synchronization and optimal load distribution regardless of weight distribution. 
 

Automatic switches are necessary in case of failure of the main nut and the platform encountering an obstacle during lowering.
