A pneumatic combined unit for draining and extracting used oil with a transparent pre-chamber RAASM 44065/C1 is designed for collecting used oil from any vehicles.
Regeneration of used oil is carried out both by the gravity method using a tank installed on the floor or raised, when the vehicle is placed on a lift or over a pit, and by vacuum using the supplied dipsticks.
The unit is equipped with a 65-liter storage reservoir, a side oil collector, an 8-liter transparent pre-chamber, a set of 6 dipsticks (metal and flexible), a level indicator, a pressure gauge, a 2-meter suction hose, a 2-meter drain hose, a removable tool tray. The transparent pre-chamber can be used for quick and autonomous extraction of used oil and for monitoring its quantity and quality.
To create a vacuum in the unit, the supplied pressure must be in the range from 6.5 to 7 bar.
After creating the vacuum, the unit operates autonomously, no need to constantly connect it to the compressed air line.
The temperature of the pumped oil should not exceed 70-80 C. Color RAL 7040 (grey).
