Description

The aluminum base and bracket provide strength for operation in the harshest conditions, while at the same time a low weight allowing easy installation of the reel. A very reliable power spring made of special durable steel guarantees a long and trouble-free service life and provides tension at any moment when the hose is pulled out or retracted. Shaft and hinge with a full-bore hole to avoid flow resistance. The reel is mounted on two lubricated sealed ball bearings to reduce the torque load on the power spring, for smooth operation and extended service life. Large effective radial locking area. A hose release device with six rollers increases hose durability, prevents hose pinching and reduces friction. The hose guide bracket can be fixed in various positions to suit any method of reel mounting. Hose reels include an inlet hose of 0.8 m.
